This is a beautiful example of the dedham pottery work done back in the 1930's. A beautiful vintage rabbit motif ball pitcher that has a band of fruit around the neck of the pitcher. The pitcher measures 7" tall and is 6-1/4" in diameter. It is marked with the blue bottom stamp. It reads; Dedham Pottery and has a picture of the rabbit Under the rabbit it reads Registered. That dates it to between 1929 and 1943. There is a tight 1-1/2" hairline crack on the top edgenear the back of the neck. Some light staining too. Good condition. No chips breaks repairs or restorations. Very heavy and old enough to actually have been used!!! Thanks for looking and for your considerations.
