Our Skype name is - orvillefour. Ref:  59809 This fantastic cheese dish was made by the famous Wood & Sons pottery manufacturers, from the United Kingdom. It was produced during the early 20th Century and is typically ‘Art Deco’ in style and design.  It is of traditional form, and is decorated in the 'Sheraton' design, featuring flamboyant floral and foliage designs, picked out in vibrant colours, on a gray floral patterned white pottery ground. It is hand painted and is finished in high quality gloss glaze. Marks & Backstamps The piece is marked with the 'Wood & Sons - Sheraton' backstamp, please scroll down to photograph below. Condition & Size The cheese dish has some minor glaze rubbbing to the rims, which is common in a piece of this vintage, and does not detract.  Otherwise, it is in very good condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration.
