It is in XLNT condition, with no chip, cracks or crazing.  I noticed only a few wear scratches from cutlery use.  The tray had to be held up to the light in order to see them. The tray measures 14 1/2 inches L X 10 1/4 inches W and about 1 1/8 inches D.  The bottom is marked Winfield Ware~Handcraft China~Santa Monica Calif.  It weighs unpacked 3 lb 3 oz.  So will fall in the rate schedule 3 to 4 lb.
