Bamboo Leaf , 1949' Description dfjphunt Store This is a wonderful piece by Winfield Ware, a family owned and operated company in business from 1929 until  their closing in '67.  Friends who know pottery better than I do believe this piece to be from 1949.  The pot and lid have no cracks or chips;  some surface crazing inside and some discoloration on half of inside bottom (alot lighter than picture indicates).  Measurements:  4" high (4-1/4" with lid on), bamboo "knot" lid handle is 1", 6-3/4" rim diameter (9" diameter including handles).  Email with any questions.  Please see "seller's other auctions".  Thank you.
