Adams ~Chinese Bird ~Flow Blue 18" Platter' Description Up for auction is this absolutely gorgeous platter made by Wm. Adams c1929. This pattern was first introduced by William Adams in 1780 from a copy of a Chinese pattern and one of the first of it's style produced in English pottery. Back stamped Rd.No.623294, also impressed on the platter  Real China Ironstone. Platter is eight sided and measures 18" x 14".  This is a hard to find size, I have looked on so many China web sites and I can not find any large size platters like this one.
