It is beautifully decorated with a fanciful horse with gold gilt highlights against a blue background, with the Sascha B mark at lower right. The underside is marked as shown below. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks and only expected crazing. It's almost 6½" square and 1-3/8" tall.
