It has a beautiful matte creamy tan, almost light orange [hard to describe! sort of like the inside of a cantelope melon ] glaze. The frog is sitting on a lotus blossom that forms the planter part. It is in good condition with a couple of manufacturing faults, which were glazed over before firing. There is also some glaze crazing. A great addition to your frog or pottery collection. It is from our personal collection of American Art pottery, collected over past 20 years or so. We are downsizing so watch our auctions for more pottery now, and in the future.
