The material it is made of is black all the way through and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It measures approximately 14 1/2" tall and 6 1/2" at the base. It is marked on the bottom with the crown mark and "PIE 547 VIII". It comes with all the hardware. This is a fantastic lamp and would be a wonderful addition to your pottery collection.
