It looks like Henn pieces I have owned.  This piece is not an antique, but is vintage, probably from the last 50 years.  There is a very tiny paint flake near the spout, hard to spot, really no big deal, just mentioning for accuracy.  Otherwise is  in wonderful condition and measures 8 inches tall.  I will consider reasonable offers for this piece.
