She stands 12" tall. Marked on the bottom USA. The cookie jar is in very good condition, there is a small chip on the inside lower rim of the bottom of the dress, can not be seen from the outside. Will not effect the look or use of the vintage find. The background color is a cream with a hand painted pink tulip. And decal flowers on the other side of dress. The gold trim is fine as well as the blue trim and painted face with brown hair. The word COOKY in gold is on the right shoulder. Inside is clean and shiny I see no crazing to mention.
