Setting  Russel Wright's American Modern Chartreuse pattern was produced from 1939 to 1959 by Steubenville.  This auction features a five piece place setting consisting of a 10" dinner plate, cup and saucer, 6 1/8" bread and butter plate, and a lugged fruit/dessert bowl.  These items are beautiful in their simplicity, and extremely hard to find.  Their condition is very good with only a tiny bit of crazing.  In addition the dinner plate appears to have a slight mfg. flaw on one part of the edge.  Just slightly lighter in color at one point.  We have a number of American Modern place settings, serving, and individual pieces listed right now.  If interested visit the dinnerware section of our Ebay store.
