This is a really wonderful cracker jar with sterling silver lid! It stands 6 inches tall and is 5.5" in diameter at the widest. The pattern alternates rows of bulls-eye motif with panels having strawberry diamond and flat star. I do not know the glass maker. The sterling lid bears the mark of R. Wallace and Sons, Wallingford, CT. The glass is in wonderful condition, with no chips, cracks or other damage that I find. The lid is also in good condition, with only a few small dings, as expected, as well as a few pinholes of wear through the repousse work, also a common occurance. I have marked these in the back-lit picture of the lid. These jars do not come along frequently, and this example would be a great addition to any collection.
