The octagonal platter is adorned with purple wild flower bouquets and a scalloped caramel brown trim. The back is marked "Estbd 1657 Adam Calyx Ware Hand Painted" There is one flake to the edge of the platter that happened before it was glazed. There is surface ware, no chips, cracks, repairs, only two small crazing marks to back. Overall this fantastic platter is in Excellent Condition considering its size.
