"Sharon" 53 Pc Dinnerware Set for 6 w/ Serving Pcs Lovely vintage partial dinnerware set for 6 with several serving pieces in the beautiful Dresden floral decorated Old Ivory SHARON pattern by Syracuse China Company. Included in this set are 6 each dinner plates, bread plates, cups & saucers; 2 demitasse cups & saucers; and 8 sets of cream soup bowls with underplates.  Also included are 8 serving pieces:  covered casserole with lid, a gravy boat with attached liner, the creamer and sugar bowl (no lid), a large oval platter, 2 oval vegetable bowls and 1 larger oval serving bowl. There are replacement pieces available in this pattern so a very nice starter set or addition to your existing set. PATTERN:  Winchester shape; cream / ivory ground with gold trim and gold verge lines; decorated with multi-color Dresden style flowers on the rims and centers; flowers include large pink roses and a purple iris; handles are angular / Art Deco-ish (actually manufactured mid-century, 1949 - 1950).  This pattern would be very pretty as a mix and match set with any of your ivory and gold china like Lenox.
