Welcome!  I'm Listing 38-Pieces of Royal China's Beautiful "Rosetta" Pattern china.  This set is circa 1940+ and was made in the United States.Condition:  The china is lightly used with a very well defined gold filigree pattern covering the entire border area.  Usually this type of decoration is very weak and fades in and out.  Description:  The china is a cream color with an ornate 22kt.
